Organizational and legal change within Boråstapeter AB
Embellence Group subsidiary Boråstapeter AB will as of January 1, 2022, be divided into two limited companies.
The change is implemented in order to further clarify operational responsibility, where Boråstapeter AB focus on brand, design, marketing and sales, and Borås Tapetfabrik AB focus on product development and efficient production of high-quality wallpaper for various brands in the Nordic region and Europe.
The CEO of Boråstapeter is Lars-Erik Henrikson. The CEO of Borås Tapetfabrik AB is Lotta Samuelson.
The organization that leads the Perswall brand will be employed by Borås Tapetfabrik AB. Customers, suppliers and other stakeholders affected by this change will be contacted by representatives from the companies.
